Rogue Farm Corps' conducted a series of workshops in April 2018 called: "Changing Hands A Workshop on Farm Succession Planning and Access to Land" brought together nearly 200 aspiring and retiring farmers for full days of training on land access and succession planning. We networked on regional issues throughout the day and began to build a community that will last beyond the workshops.

Aspiring farmers came to learn about creative ways to start a farm business with topics on finding, leasing, financing and buying agricultural land.

Retiring farmers learned from experts about what it takes to pass on their agricultural business to the next generation - keeping it in the family or finding others to carry it on.
